Work in progress
Finding opportunities for niche audiences and designing product service systems in partnership with business students.
The Designing and Leading a Business course is an interdisciplinary course offered by the Tepper School of Business. Design students like myself work with MBA students' to develop their capstone projects. I'm working on three projects - 1. Evaluating a software product for a logistics company
2. Designing a mobile product for truck drivers
3. Creating a service proposition in the area of ophthalmology
We are working in cross functional teams across the design process from Exploratory through Evaluative Design.
It's an opportunity for me to advocate design thinking, design research methods and service design tools and learn a business approach to problem solving in order to arrive at holistic user centric business propositions.
